Die Corrente AG wird zu Stimulus Deutschland
Zum 22. Januar 2024 wird aus der Corrente AG mit Sitz in Kiel Stimulus Deutschland. Damit vollendet die Beratungsfirma für psychische Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz ihre Eingliederung in die französische Unternehmensgruppe Human & Work und reiht sich in deren Tochterunternehmen, das international agierende Stimulus-Netzwerk, ein. Die bisherige Corrente AG erweitert durch diesen Schritt ihr eigenes Netzwerk sowie ihr Serviceangebot über den deutschen Markt hinaus.
Mit dem Beitritt zur Human & Work Gruppe 2022 sowie der Eingliederung in das europäische Stimulus-Netzwerk ist der Weg von der inhabergeführten Corrente AG zu einer national und international agierenden Firma abgeschlossen. „Für uns ist der Übergang zu Stimulus Deutschland eine große Chance, Teil eines länderübergreifend geführten Unternehmens zu sein und damit nachhaltig sowie international zu wachsen. Human & Work als Muttergesellschaft passt perfekt zu den Werten und der Vision von einer gesunden Arbeitswelt, die wir in unserer Zeit als Corrente bereits gelebt haben. Dabei steht für alle Mitarbeitenden von Stimulus Deutschland der Erhalt der hohen Servicequalität an erster Stelle: „Corrente stand schon immer für Qualität. Diese soll weiterhin hochgehalten werden. Wir freuen uns außerdem sehr über die zusätzliche Expertise, die wir durch das Stimulus-Netzwerk nun bekommen“, sagt Petra Janicki, Leitung des Beratungszentrums von Stimulus Deutschland. Eine hohe Servicequalität und persönliche Beratung sind auch Teil der Marken-DNA von Stimulus – und das europaweit. Damit grenzt sich das Netzwerk klar von rein digitalen Wettbewerbern im Bereich mentale Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz ab.
Ein international erweitertes Serviceangebot
Neben wertvollen internationalen Kontakten hat der Wechsel zu Stimulus Deutschland auch ein auf den europäischen Markt erweitertes Serviceangebot zur Folge. „Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen in anderen Ländern können wir unser Portfolio weiter vertiefen und unser Know-How im internationalen Bund stärken. Das betrachten wir als großen Gewinn“, sagt Regina Reinschmidt, Leitung von Consultancy & Training bei Stimulus Deutschland. Bisher war die Corrente AG in den Bereichen EAP, Führungskräfteberatung, Krisenmanagement und Trainings für Unternehmen im deutschsprachigen Raum tätig. Vergangenen Juni hatte die Corrente AG bereits die Berliner GIDEON GmbH übernommen und damit ihr Leistungsspektrum in den Bereichen Krisenmanagement, Eignungsdiagnostik und psychische Gefährdungsbeurteilung gestärkt.
Kürzlich gewann die Human & Work Gruppe auch Dirk Antonissen als Partner, der die Entwicklungsstrategie der Unternehmensgruppe europaweit unterstützen soll. Dirk ist als Experte für psychische Gesundheit auf dem europäischen Markt bekannt und wird auch die europäische Strategie von Stimulus vorantreiben.

Corrente AG is becoming Stimulus Germany
On January 22, 2024, Corrente AG, located in Kiel, will become Stimulus Germany. This marks the completion of its integration into the French Human & Work Group and its affiliation with the globally operating Stimulus network. By taking this step, the former Corrente AG is broadening its network and expanding its services beyond the boundaries of the German market.
Having joined the Human & Work Group in 2022 and integrating into the European Stimulus network, Corrente AG has successfully transitioned from a company managed by its owners to a company with a national and international presence. “For us, the transition to Stimulus Germany presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a transnationally managed company and thus for sustainable growth and international expansion. The parent company, Human & Work, aligns perfectly with Corrente's values and vision of promoting a healthy work environment.
